At T-Shirts & Denim, every piece is made to order with care. We know things can still go wrong sometimes, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Exchanges & Quality Issues
If your item is:
- misprinted
- materially flawed
- or defective in any way
please email us at [email protected]
within 14 days of receiving your order.
In your email, include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the defect or misprint
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement, reprint, or store credit at no cost to you.
We’re unable to accept exchanges or returns for items that are worn, washed, soiled, or damaged after delivery.
Cancellations
Because each garment is printed just for you:
- Orders canceled before printing begins will be subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value.
- Cancellations cannot be accepted once shirts have been ordered for production or printed.

as soon as possible with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Returns
All items are custom printed, so we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind once an order has been printed.
Please double-check our size charts and product details before placing your order.
Store Credit & Timing
- Approved exchanges or store credits must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
- Once your return or replacement has been processed, we’ll email you confirmation and any applicable tracking details.
